This Privacy Policy describes how Cold Founder ("Cold Founder," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit coldfounder.io (the "Site"), submit an application, or communicate with us, including by SMS/text message.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, when you submit an application.
• Application information — details you share about your occupation, sales background, goals, and answers to application questions.
• Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and calls between you and Cold Founder.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through standard server logs. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and respond to your application;
• Communicate with you about your application and our services, by email, phone, or — only if you have opted in — text message;
• Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your phone number and expressly consent to receive text messages from Cold Founder (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our application form), we may send you text messages related to your application, scheduling, and our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying or of purchasing any services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@coldfounder.io. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you re-subscribe.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, scheduling, and SMS delivery, solely so they can provide those services to us and subject to the restrictions in Section 3 for mobile information;
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cold Founder, our clients, or others;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain application and contact information for as long as needed to evaluate your application, provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The Site is a static informational website. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. If we adopt analytics tools in the future, they will be used only to understand aggregate site usage, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any such email, and out of text messages by replying STOP, as described in Section 3.

The Site and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
